Service Description

Reiki is a form of energetic healing that treats the whole person including mind, body, soul and spirit. You will lie down on a flat surface of your choice (bed, sofa, floor ... ) and I will place my hands over you or on various non-invasive parts of your body. I will perform reiki over your entire body working to remove energetic blockages and helping to restore normal flow. Each session is different as you are uniquely different at each moment in time. I may opt to use crystals in your session and they would be placed either alongside or down your body.
