This class is a restorative yoga session coupled with the healing benefits of singing bowls. There are approximately 6-9 poses held for longer periods of time. These passive (non heat building) poses allow gravity to deepen your stretches and release negative energies. Restorative yoga is a relatively undiscovered and underutilized gem which helps deepen your practice. These restorative poses combined with the healing sounds of the singing bowls help unblock chakras and promote full body healing. This class is truly one of a kind experience!
